Chocolate Covered Strawberry Latte

Happy Valentine’s Day to all of my beautiful friends! I hope you have the best day celebrating the fact that you are special, you are important, you are valued, you are needed, and you are LOVED! You know I had to come up with a crazy coffee concoction for this day and I wanted to make up a recipe that would replicate a yummy Valentine’s Day treat and I chose a chocolate covered strawberry because it is so yummy! Let’s jump into this recipe in case you wanted a little weekend treat!

Step 1: Dice up a few strawberries and save a few for garnish.

Step 2: Make 2 shots of espresso. You can make this drink hot if you want. Since I am making an iced latte, I throw it in the freezer for about 10 minutes to chill it.

Step 3: Add 8 oz of heavy whipping cream into a measuring cup and add your diced strawberries. Froth the mixture together until it reaches a creamy consistencty.

Step 4: Add 2-3 pumps of Torani vanilla syrup to your glass depending on your preference.

Step 5 : Line the inside of your glass with chocolate syrup.

Step 6: Add your chilled espresso in and mix the syrup and espresso together.

Step 7 : Add ice into your glass.

Step 8: Add your strawberry frothed mixture on top and mix everything together.

Step 9: Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup and garnish with a strawberry.
