How to Style a $10 Sherpa from Walmart

Happy Saturday to all my beautiful friends! It is a little snowy where I live today, so I started to get inspired to create four different looks with my favorite $10 sherpa jacket from Walmart! I have said it before that if you are sleeping on Walmart’s fashion pieces than you are missing out! This jacket has been one of the best pieces of clothing I bought all year! It is so nice to throw on and wear when you are just running errands, but it is also perfect to spice your outfit up a bit! So, let’s jump into the four different styles! (I also want to mention that all four of these styles go with the theme of fashion as of lately and that is comfy!)

This first style is so cute, but so comfortable at the same time. I like to call this look the “girlfriend date night” look—- this outfit is perfect for a little coffee date with friends. These pants and the shirt are from Tillys. I love to pair a patterned pair of pants with a basic tee. This sherpa adds a little dimension to the look and of course I love to keep it casual with a pair of sneakers because it gives the outfit an edgy style, but keeps me comfortable as heck!

This outfit is my “running errands” look. I know it may be too cold to wear these biker shorts out right now, but spring fashion is already hitting the stores. I picked these biker shorts up at Target a while back and I am always wearing men’s sweatshirts because let’s be real, it does not get more cozy than oversized hoodie. You can find Champion hoodies/sweats at Walmart or on Amazon, and they are very reasonably priced. I love layering hoodies with jackets to give some extra warmth. I also love to throw some tubes socks on because fun socks are making a comeback and some sneaks and you are ready to run some errands in this comfy look.

This is my “hot date night” look. That is if date nights get back to normal anytime soon! Pleather leggings basically feel like sweats to me if you find the right pair that is. You can probably find some great sale ones right now with spring clothing moving into the stores. But if you live somewhere like me, you will get your wear out of them for a while because winter and cold weather is not going anywhere anytime soon! This is my same basic cropped tee from Tillys. I once again love buying pieces like this because you can literally wear them with anything! I threw my Sherpa on top of this and paired this look with a pair of combat boots since we are trying to step it up for date night!

Finally, is my “tomboy” look. This outfit is great for anything because when you find the right pair of jeans, you usually don’t take them off. These jeans are my fave and they are great for this time of year because they have a higher cut on the bottom, which is great to keep the bottom of your jeans dry and also great with almost any pair of shoe. For this look, I paired my favorite jeans with some high top converses, along with a basic tee under my sherpa!

I hope you guys enjoyed this little fashion post. I love fashion because it is a way to express yourself and you should never be afraid to express yourself in any way that you like! If I could give one piece of advice to younger girls, it would be don’t be so worried about being like everyone else. Create your own styles for other people to follow!
