Hello!! Hope you all are well! I am sharing all about my skin care routine today because guys, skin is so important. Skin is the largest organ on our bodies, so we have to take good care of it. You all have probably heard the stat that what you put on your skin is absorbed into your bloodstream within 26 seconds. When thinking about skincare from that perspective, it makes you really think about the importance of what you are putting on your skin. I have mentioned in some of my other blogs that I really started paying attention to what I was using when it came to beauty products, cleaning products, etc. when I had my son. Now that I have ventured off into the world of clean products, I wish I would have started way earlier. I have completely switched my skincare to all Arbonne products and ya’ll the hype around the products is true and real. Shoutout to Teresa for introducing me! For today’s blog, I am going to talk all about Arbonne’s Agewell line which is the line I use every single day!
I think most women as we age would say that we want to protect our skin and prevent aging as much as possible. Arbonne is a company that promotes a holistic approach to beauty, health, and well-being. They use plant-based ingredients in their products and are also Vegan, Cruelty-Free, and Formulated Gluten-Free. So, not only are these products going to make your skin look and feel great, but you can rest easy knowing that you are using clean products. Agewell Silky Cleanser:
You guys! This cleanser literally makes your face feel like silk! I have been obsessed since day one. Some of the key ingredients are:
-Provitamin B5 which helps keep your skin moisturized and improve the look of it.
-Mondo grass root extract which is plant derived and will help with retaining your skin’s moisture.
-Bakuchiol. Guys for me this is the reason I love this line. Bakuchiol is a plant-based retinol alternative which is going to help rid those wrinkles that are trying to pop through. Bakuchiol is also known to be better tolerated on the skin than retinol.
-Vitamin C which is used for supporting collagen through moisturizing your skin.
-Plant stem cell extract. This helps improve your skin’s radiance, elasticity, firmness, and texture.
Cleansing the skin is the first step of a great skincare routine. Overall, I can say that this product does an amazing job at removing my makeup and leaving my skin feeling so smooth and gives it a shine that I normally do not have.
