Smoothie Recipe

Happy Saturday! I am having a great morning so far and I hope you all are too! On today’s post I wanted to share a smoothie recipe that I love with you all! If you are a person who is quick and on the go in the morning, smoothies are a great breakfast that is loaded up with fruits and veggies and take little to no time to make! I have a few recipes that I cycle through but wanted to share the one that I made this morning with you all! This is going to be a quick and easy recipe and blog! For reference this recipe makes enough for two people to enjoy.

Pick your greens: I love spinach, so that is usually my go to for my smoothie greens. Spinach is loaded with nutrients. Some say that it helps with blood pressure, hair, skin, the list goes on. Add 2 cups of this to your blender.

Pick your liquid base: I am an almond milk girl all the way. Add 2 cups of this to your blender and mix until spinach is blended with the milk.

Pick your fruits: I switch this up all the time but today I used mangos, bananas, and a mix of berries. Use enough fruit to fill 3 cups. Mangos have a ton of antioxidants, help your immune system, and provide digestive help just to name a few. Bananas also are known to help your digestive system and promote heart health to name a few. Berries have a ton of antioxidants and I eat them all the time because they help with inflammation. These are just a few benefits of the fruits I used today, but you can switch it up and use different combos each time!

Enjoy. The last step is to enjoy a delicious breakfast that is loaded with nutrients and takes hardly any time out of your day to make!
