Happy Wednesday to my beautiful friends! I am so excited to share all about my different wellness topics on Wednesdays from here on out! Most people who know me well enough know that I have become more interested in clean products throughout the years especially since having my son. I never really thought much about the products I used and then I started learning more about clean products and it made me really start to think about what I put one my body, what I eat, the types of cleaning products I use, and my mind really started to change on the topic. I also wanted to do better for my son, and I wanted to make sure that I was using the best products that I could on him as well. My friend Teresa explained all about Arbonne on one of my Mom Monday blog posts a while back and she introduced me to this product line, and I am honestly in love! So, for today’s Wellness Wednesday post, I wanted to talk about a few of my favorite products from them since their line has some awesome products that are clean!
The first product that has completely changed my mornings are the Energy Fizz Sticks. I still love my coffee, but I was trying to cut down on the amount of coffee that I drink. I started replacing my morning coffee with the fizz sticks and they are so yummy, and I feel energized throughout my morning at work just like when I drink coffee, but minus the bloating and jitter vibes that coffee sometimes gives off. I just fill up a big glass that I have with ice and water and add the fizz packet and stir everything up. This pomegranate flavor is delicious and honestly tastes like candy. I was a little skeptical when I first started using this product, but after using it for a few weeks I am so impressed by it and my husband is now even hooked on them.
The next product that I have started using was the CC Cream from Arbonne. This product gives a nice coverage without feeling heavy and cakey. One thing that I grew to learn over the years was that less is more when it comes to makeup. I love that this product keeps your skin looking natural while still doing a great job at covering up any imperfections.
My skin is super sensitive when it comes to using lotions, makeup, shower gels, you name it. I cannot count the number of times that I have had reactions to products on my skin. This shower gel is great if you are like me and have sensitive skin. It is concentrated and a little bit goes a very long way. Do not let the small bottle fool you because I have been using this stuff for quite a while and I still have a ton left. This product keeps your skin feeling very smooth and it does not cause any irritation for me.
The last product that I wanted to share was this gel cream. I use this as a moisturizer at night because my skin has been super dry over the winter months. This is the first moisturizer that I have used that really helps to rid my dry skin. It is a little bit heavier, so I use a tiny bit and it really soaks into your skin and keeps it moisturized. Their skincare products have really helped change the appearance of my skin.
