Happy Saturday to all of my beautiful friends! My little boy Lucky and I are sitting here having a chilled out morning still in our pajamas and I wanted to share this recipe from my delicious iced coffee this morning! I am not going to lie when I say that I was very sleepy this morning and this coffee was much needed! You will love this recipe if you try it out.

Step 1: Make your coffee base. I made 2 oz of espresso but you could also use regular coffee if you would like. Put your espresso in the freezer to chill while you prepare the other steps.

Step 2: Pour 8 oz of heavy whipping cream into a measuring cup and add around 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.

Step 3: Froth this mixture until it reaches a more creamy consistency. Set this to the side for a later step.

Step 4: Grab a mug of your choice and add 2 pumps of vanilla syrup. I am using the Torani vanilla syrup for this recipe.

Step 5: Since this is a caramel vanilla latte, I am using caramel sauce to line the inside of my cup.

Step 6: Add your chilled espresso to the cup and add ice.

Step 7: Add your frothed mixture on top of the espresso and mix everything together.

Step 8: Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
